Newstar 4 Way Wired Intercom (One Main & Three Sub) MIC-9724

This Four-Station Wired Intercom System provides noise-free conversation. The Master Station can signal every Sub Station or every Sub Station can signal the Master Station even when the system is “OFF.” It gives you maximum ease in communication. Ideal for use in home, office, shop and boat etc. It can also be used as a babysitter or room monitor. The system includes a Master & (3) Sub Stations plus 40M (132ft.) connecting cable. Staples are also provided.

PREPARATION
1. The system is operated by one 9V-006P battery which is not included. To insert the battery, open the bottom cover of the Master Station by inserting a small coin into the slot on the back of unit. Then, gently pry loose the bottom cover. Snap the battery connector to the battery. Insert the battery into the battery compartment. Replace the bottom cover.
2. The system can also be operated on common household current by means of a 9V Adaptor. Standard adaptor can be plugged into the adaptor socket located at the back of the Master Station.

OPERATION
• MASTER STATION – CALLING & CONVERSATION
1. Slide the channel selector switch to the desired channel. The channel indication will come ON immediately.
2. Press call button to transmit an audible “BUZZ” sound to the selected Sub Station.
3. Press TALK Button to talk with the Sub Station. For listening, release the button.

• SUB STATION – CALLING & CONVERSATION
1. Press CALL Button to transmit an audible “BUZZ” sound to the Master Station. The channel indicator on the Master Station will come “ON” immediately.
2. The person at the Sub Station is available to talk to or listen from the Master Station without pressing any button (HANDS-FREE.)

NOTE: Acoustic feedback will be produced if two stations are too close together. To overcome the problem, move the stations farther apart or turn down the Volume Control Knob.

Highly recommended to use Newstar CE-B525 Multiple AC/DC Adaptor or Newstar CE-525 500mA Max Multiple AC/DC Adaptor (optional)
