Models of i-ChargeVerter are integrated with an automatic transfer relay to operate as either a surge protector or a power inverter (but not both at the same time). The built-in 600W Inverter is an electronic device that converts low voltage DC electricity from a battery or other power source to standard 115/230V AC household power. It uses advanced power MOSFET transistors in a full bridge configuration which gives you an excellent overload capability and the ability to operate tough reactive load.
The i-ChargeVerter has advanced power conversion technology which electronically converts DC electricity of low voltage from 12/24V to 115/230V AC and works as a quality AC to DC battery charger for charging of all kinds of Lead-Acid Batteries whenever is connected to utility power and with full charge with auto shut down.
Power Splitting
Power Splitting has been featured with the unit to prevent the AC Input circuit breaker tips from uncertainty. This function ensures the system to reduce the total AC power consumption of the battery charger to a rational low level and shifting all rest AC power to the load, when the load sensed not enough essential power is supplying and intends to trip the AC incoming circuit breaker.
inFoDETect Technology
The inFoDETect technology is an auto-sensor for self-detecting battery voltage to avoid overcharge. Once the AC input voltage decreases by 18% below the rated input voltage or increases by 18% above rated input voltage, the static transfer switch will transfer the load to the inverter mode without a break.
Battery Reverse Polarity Protection
When the battery reverse connected and the battery output will be disconnected to prevent permanent damage to the battery charger and battery.
