Returning an item to Kinmo PW is simple and easy!
You just have to make sure to request for a return within our 15 day policy!
What should I check before requesting for a return?
In order to avoid rejection of your returns, please ensure that the item matches the 2 following conditions: (1) Allowed return conditions and (2) Acceptable Return Reasons:
Return Coverage: The Return coverage for each item can be found under the Service details under each item
Return Reasons: The following are valid return reasons for Kinmo PW:
- Damaged/Faulty Item – Item received is damaged/broken
- Item does not match description/pictures – Item received is dissimilar to what was shown in the online product listing
- Received the Wrong Item – Item delivered is different from the item ordered
- Missing Item – If your ordered is tagged as delivered or the item is missing from the package, a refund request may be accepted
- Missing Accessories/Freebies – If your order is missing some freebies or accessories, you may request for a refund
